The Humans Discourage Neglect

So apparently, humans have this thing called 'neglect.' They say it is bad, but from what I can tell is it means they would leave me alone and stop touching me. This doesn't sound so bad to me. Though it might mean they would stop feeding me, also. I would like partial neglect.
